CRUDE OIL PIPELINE PROJECT — OPEN SEASON NOTICE

Dakota Midstream, LLC announces a binding Open Season for a crude oil gathering pipeline system in McKenzie County, N.D., to be operational in Feb. 2015.  Dakota Midstream also announces execution of a precedent agreement with an unaffiliated committed firm shipper.

The Open Season commenced on Jan. 2, 2015 and will end at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on January 31, 2015.  Interested parties are invited to submit binding bids in accordance with procedures set forth in the Open Season Notice.

Dakota Midstream will offer Firm and Non-Firm Committed Services and will reserve more than ten percent (10%) of the capacity in the Project for Uncommitted Shippers. The proposed rates for Committed Firm, Committed Non-Firm, and Uncommitted Services are published in the Open Season Notice.

CRUDE OIL PIPELINE — SUPPLEMENTAL OPEN SEASON

Dakota Energy Connection, LLC initiated a Supplemental Open Season for its crude gathering pipeline system located in McKenzie County, North Dakota.

The Supplemental Open Season commenced on June 30, 2015 and will end at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on July 30, 2015. Interested parties are invited to submit binding bids for transportation service on the Dakota Connection Pipeline in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Open Season Notice.
